About cFares
cFares is a meta search engine for the travel industry. That means that cFares searches other travel sites to provide cFares’ customers with information regarding the price, availability and details of travel products offered for sale at those sites. cFares customers can visit the third party sites and purchase products offered for sale. cFares does not sell any products on its Website. cFares is not the vendor of record for any travel products that customers find by initiating a search on the cFares Website.

Like other search engines, cFares only provides information retrieved from other web sites. cFares is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by third party web sites and is not liable for decisions made by customer regarding the purchase of products or services offered by any third party web site.

About Memberships
cFares offers customers the opportunity to become Platinum members. There are two ways to become a Platinum member. One is to pay a fixed annual membership fee. The second is to pay a monthly fee.
Annual Membership Fee: To join cFares’ Platinum membership program, the customer must agree to provide certain information to cFares including name, address, email address and credit card information. Platinum members authorize the company to charge the member’s credit card for the annual membership fee, and to initiate rebates and refunds or other credits to the specified credit card account.
Monthly Membership Fee: To join cFares’ Platinum membership program, the customer must agree to provide certain information to cFares including name, address, email address and credit card information. Platinum members authorize the company to charge the member’s credit card for the monthly membership fee and to initiate rebates and refunds or other credits to the specified credit card account. Monthly fees will be charged each month on the day the membership was initiated.

Use of Membership
Platinum memberships are for personal use only. Platinum members may purchase an unlimited number of Platinum tickets for themselves. Platinum members may also purchase tickets for their family members. However, in such cases only the Platinum member is eligible for receiving any rebate associated with his or her individual ticket. In particular, family members who are not Platinum members do not qualify for any rebate. Platinum members can still travel with non platinum members on the same itinerary with only the platinum member receiving the rebate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Annual Members : Fares will refund a Platinum membership fee if the request is made in writing to support@cfares.com within the first 30 days of the establishment or renewal of a membership. However, a refund of the membership fee will not be made if the Platinum member has applied for or has been paid a rebate associated with a ticket purchase. No refunds will be made if the cancellation request is made after the 30 day cancellation period.
Monthly Members : cFares will not give a refund for monthly membership fees once a customer’s credit card has been charged. Monthly members may cancel their membership anytime after the minimum three month membership period (members agree that cFares will charge their credit card for the monthly membership fee for a minimum of three months.) Thereafter, cFares will cancel a membership upon receipt of the cancellation request made in writing to support@cfares.com. In any given month, if the billing anniversary date has past and cFares has charged the members credit card for that month, the membership will be cancelled prior to the next billing date however, cFares will not refund the fee that has already been charged for that month.

Rebate Eligibility
Platinum memberships are issued to one individual only. A Platinum membership does not entitle relatives, friends, partners or business associates of the Platinum member to receive rebates or other membership benefits. Platinum member benefits, including ticket rebates, are only available to Platinum members.
Some Platinum tickets come with a rebate for the Platinum member buying the ticket. To be eligible to receive the rebate, the Platinum member must:

• Be listed as a passenger on that ticket. Rebates will not be paid if a passenger is not a Platinum member.
• Complete and submit a rebate request form and accurately provide the information required.
• a Platinum member in good standing. Rebates will not be issued to members who have canceled their Platinum membership.

Platinum members may also purchase tickets for their family members. However, in such cases only a Platinum member is eligible to receive a rebate associated the member’s individual ticket. Family members who are not Platinum members are not eligible to receive rebates.

Changes

cFares may change these terms and conditions without notice. All changes shall be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on our site.

Intellectual Property Notice
The materials located on all cFares Websites are protected by copyright, trademark and other forms of proprietary rights and are owned by cFares. The contents of any cFares Website may not be used, reproduced, broadcast or published without the prior written consent of cFares.

Listed Travel Inventory
Although the contents of all cFares Websites have been obtained by cFares from sources believed to be reliable, they are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. cFares assumes no responsibility for the consequences of any errors or omissions. cFares does not make or has not made any recommendation regarding any of the travel inventory issued by any of the companies identified on all cFares Websites nor the advisability of buying or selling such inventory generally.

Some of the information contained on all cFares Websites is obtained from third-party sources. While we believe such information generally to be accurate and reliable, cFares is not responsible for any errors or omissions whether by cFares or by third parties. All information is provided "as is". All information is provided without warranty of any kind. cFares makes no representations and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind to user and/or to any third party, including warranties as to timeliness, completeness and accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Under no circumstance shall cFares be liable to user, and/or to any third party for any lost profits or lost opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever, even if cFares has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Unless due to willful tortuous misconduct or gross negligence, cFares has no liability in tort, contract, or otherwise (and as permitted by law, product liability), to user and/or any third party.
